suncrenAs summer comes around once again and you joyously shed your winter wear and soak in the sunshine outdoors—be aware of the hidden dangers of baring it all. Most people are aware of the dangers of basking in the sun at the beach or park but did you know that even a little bit of sunrays can damage and age your skin and maybe even worse? First, invest in a good sunscreen/moisturizer—Sunrays are classified into UVA, UVB and UVC rays. When you get sun burned, it is largely due to UVB rays and while UVA rays are milder than UVB rays, their wavelengths are much longer.
