There are no rules on chatting or not chatting. Some people are at ease through talking. If you like to chat we don’t mind at all, but don’t feel you have to. Many clients and therapists will engage a little chat to “break the ice” but most clients will fall silent as the nurturing and tactile sensations induce a deep relaxed state.
