Beautiful with Yoga

Natural beauty and Yoga

How to get a natural beauty? Beauty really does not require high cost and facial / body complex and time consuming. Natural beauty can not be pursued, also can not be forced to come. He would present itself if you maintain good health, not by physical but also the aspects – the emotional aspects of mental, spiritual and maintain balance in your life.

What is needed is, to give room for beauty in your life by doing exercise, taking good food, enough sleep, healthy skin care and natural hair.

In this modern life, stress is where – where; greeting personal life, family, career and social. Every person must have experience in the level and form – a different form. Fitness yoga called Hatha Yoga consists of asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (yoga breathing) and Savasana (relaxation yoga). Workmanship regular Hatha Yoga will make life energy called prana to flow freely in our bodies.

Tree Pose
